Nestled into the east side of the building, the 5th floor Courtyard acts as an outdoor bridge between our Yoga and Fitness Studios.

Step out of the co-working lounge and into the Park Terrace. With southern exposure and uninterrupted views of Marcus Garvey Park and lower Manhattan, this is one of three outdoor spaces accessible to all residents.
